Viewing Trips
Once in the Costa Blanca our experienced representatives can discuss your exact
requirements. They will show you a range of properties, one of which could be
your dream home in the sun. However, the properties displayed on the site are
only available today. Demand is so strong that the best ones sell very quickly,
but new instructions are being given by owners every day.
What do I need to buy a property?
If you find your dream home you will need:
a deposit of 3,000€ to take it off the market. Payment can be made
with Credit/Debit cards, Eurocheque or cash.your passport to open a Spanish bank account.
apply for a N.I.E. number - your fiscal identity in Spain.a visit to an English
speaking Solicitor and a Notary. The Solicitor can manage the purchase for you,
while the Notary will witness the document giving Power of Attorney for your
Solicitor to act on your behalf.
to transfer to your Spanish bank account a sum to make
the total deposit paid: for re-sales equal to 10 per cent of the agreed
price within 10 - 14 days or for new build 50 per cent of the price
usually within three months.to transfer to your Spanish bank account the remaining money to complete the
sale and pay for the expenses in time for the completion of the purchase.to
travel to Spain and move into your dream home. |
